Wow, what a truely magical place this house is. My husband and I felt it when we first stepped on the property 12 years ago. Now that we are selling it we are so grateful someone else has the opportunity to experience this ‘little miracle on 9th Ave’ in Albany, Oregon.

We would love to be there because the place is a cozy social spot. There is a patio by the pond; one by the backdoor and other delightful knooks and cranies to hang out in.

Yesterday, we had an agent tour. It was spectacular. Over 30 agents came and toured the house, shared some lunch and thoughts. Thank you.
Last year the house was on the market overpriced. And this year we received unanimous support on the price, “the house is priced right”.
It’s funny you wouldn’t think that comment would make your day, but it did ours. In these new evolutionary times of shifting and changing in the economic ways of doing things we are all just working on figuring things out and so this feedback was very reassuring.
